Initially, the file will be marked as Pending until the process is finished by Facebook. When it is, you can find it in the “Available files” option. After that, you will be notified when the file is ready for download. We recommend you choose HTML, since it is easier to use. You can also select the format in which the file will be created between HTML and JSON, so that Facebook can better compress the images and the information.
